Refund policy

Live Arrival Guarantee

All animals are shipped in breather bags with padding and insulation to protect them. We offer a live on arrival guarantee for all our animals. Inspect your order upon reception and ensure that all animals have arrived safely before opening the breather bags. Take at least 2 pictures or video at least 15 seconds long of any animals that arrive deceased, and send them to shrimpfreaks@gmail.com for a refund. While we do our best to breed healthy animals, because many require careful acclimation, we cannot guarantee health or viability after they have been opened or put into your aquarium. 

Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. However, if you have received the wrong items, contact us at shrimpfreaks@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can correctly fulfill your order. 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at shrimpfreaks@gmail.com.
